Report
Castlereagh Flames, based in Dundonald Ice Bowl, Castlereagh, Northern Ireland, finished in third spot in the Scottish Ice Hockey League Division 1 in 1991-92, with Captain Kevin Griffin from Canada, Chinese signing Fu Cheng, Brian Servetnyk, as well as local heros Gary Irwin and Johnson Flemming playing a significant part of their attempt to retain the Division 1 title.
After winning their first two games of the season in Dundonald, against Tayside Tigers and Kilrkcaldy Kerstels, they then dropped their next two against eventual Champions Livingston Kings. Wins against Kirkcaldy Kestrels and Kilmarnock Jetstream Flyers followed.
