Report

The Dundalk Bulls won the Irish Ice Hockey Association inaugural InLIne Hockey Halloween Cup in 2011, defeating Hawks in the Final 8-1. Four teams were inlvolved in the first event of its kind hodted by Hawks in Athlone. Flyers IHC finished third with a close 7-6 win over fellow Dubliners, Dublin Rovers. The Group stage was very competitive with Hawks managing to tie with Dundalk Bulls and Dublin Rovers shocking Hawks in the opening match.

About the IIHA InLine Halloween Cup

The InLine Halloween Cup was hosted by Hawks InLine Hockey Club in Athlone in 2011 in conjunction with the Irish Ice Hockey Association. It was intended to become an annual tradition with the previous years’ winners hosting the event the following year.
